2 cups curd

1 boiled beetroot, grated

1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves

1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder

1/4 tsp red chilli powder

1/4 tsp black salt

First of all, take curd in a bowl and add some water to it and whisk it well. Add grated beetroot, green coriander, cumin powder, red chili powder, black salt and salt as per taste and mix well. Let the raita cool in the fridge. If you want, you can also add chopped green onion, mint, or cucumber to it.
